The Oxford Cat Clinic is a unique cat-only veterinary practice located in West Oxford. It is the only UK feline-specific veterinary centre to offer both a first opinion and a referral  service. We are dedicated to gentle, compassionate care for our feline patients. We have built a team of dedicated feline veterinary surgeons and nurses who work together to provide the highest quality surgical and medical care for cats.

The Oxford Cat Clinic was established in 2006 by Caroline Blundell, and Martha Cannon, two veterinary surgeons with a passion for cats. Their aim is to allow cats and their owners to know that they are at the heart of their medical practice.

Caroline and Martha have a life-long love of cats and have spent a number of years specialising in their treatment and care. Their professional relationship began when working together at the "feline centre" in the University of Bristol department of veterinary medicine. Both vets have extra qualifications in small animal medicine, and Martha is an accredited RCVS specialist in feline medicine. Both vets are regularly asked to write about or deliver talks on the subject of cats.

In addition to the two Directors, The Oxford Cat Clinic has team of friendly and knowledgeable veterinary professionals who are on site to help answer owners' queries.

********** UPDATE ********** Tinker has now found a wonderful home!! 😊😀 We are urgently looking for a new home for this beautifully sweet older boy called Tinker. His current owner is moving and cannot take Tinker with him. Tinker is in good health, he has recently had a full health check and has some stable kidney disease, as expected in a 16 year old cat. Tinker would love a quiet and loving home to live out the rest of his days. Tinker may not come with the excitement of a kitten, but rehoming an older cat is incredibly rewarding and if it's a lap cat you want, Tinker is the cat for you! This is what his current owner has to say about Tinker... "Tinker is a friendly and relaxed cat that likes to spend his days switching between his favourite napping spots and perches around the house, with the occasional trips outside. He's got some years of wisdom behind him, which means he's past the age of climbing up curtains but will dart straight for someone's lap if he sees one available, and will happily spend all his time there if allowed. He's ideally suited to a loving home that's looking for an easy-going and affectionate cat that gets on well anyone he meets. Be aware though that he is a bit of a snorer." Please call or email Tinker's current owner using the details below, or leave a message here. Tel: 07774098357 Email: tavaresricky@gmail.com

It was neuter day for Al today, he didn't seem to mind. He enjoyed some chicken and a lie in the sun afterwards and he thought the waiting room cushion made a splendid scratching board!

We said hello to our very first cat Banksy at Marston today! He took some time to check out the view and was so relaxed he even enjoyed a chin scratch on the consult table. Banksy only has to travel a couple of mins to the clinic and with no dogs to bother him we know his vet visits from now on will be stress free 😀🐈❤.
