Last few Spaces available for Body Pump on Tuesday evening, get in quick if you were planning on coming!!! It’s the 2nd week of the new release of music and choreography, Body Pump 110, which is an awesome release! Remember we also have Body Pump on a Thursday morning at the new time of 9.45am for July and August, so all the daytime classes are now consistent, with the same start time!💪👊 Don’t forget to catch the class on a Saturday morning at 11am too! ***ATTENTION BODY COMBATERS!!!*** There will be 2 Body Combat classes running on Thursday 25th July, 6pm-7pm & 7pm-8pm This is due to a one off event in the main room at Whitelands, so to fit you all in, we need to run 2 classes in the 2nd room. Anyone that’s able to attend the 6pm class, please book that one in on the 25th July, so that we can balance you all out between the 2 classes. Anyone that’s already booked for 7pm, let me know if you can make or would prefer to do the 6pm class and I’ll transfer your booked session! REMEMBER IT’S ALSO NEW RELEASE TIME!!! Body Combat 80 has now officially launched and we’ll be running it for the first Thursday this week! It’s a special release as it celebrates 20 years of Body Combat and they’ve put together an epic release of music and choreography, so see you in class people!👊👊👊 This Thursday’s class, on the 18th, will run as normal at 7pm in the main room.
