Bootcamp sessions are held 3 days a week in Poverest Park Orpington BR5.  Join our epic fun sessions Mon-Sun each week. Check out our website! Bootcamp sessions are tailored for mums with buggies, complete beginners - advance & post natal.  Our experienced trainers will take you through fun and effective workouts to help you reach your goals in no time.  It's fun, motivating and challenging, but once you start you'll get hooked!
Our workouts include a range of training principles such as strength, endurance, power and mobility.

Protein infused Oats with sexy blackberry's & fresh apple Pre workout breakfast or a simple energy sustaining breakfast: seriously yummy! Prep and cook 10 mins Ingredients/directions: Gf oats, lightly heated in plant milk, with 1tsp chia seeds, 4 pitted dated, once soft and mushy, add protein powder (hemp protein) a punch of cinnamon & stir Fruit: grated apple and blackberry Sprinkled with a tsp 1/2 Nuts & seeds
