Dear Sir / Madam,
I am a BA Multimedia graduate specialising in Photography from Nottingham Trent University.
Throughout my degree I managed my studies, work and other commitments successfully demonstrating my motivation, organisational skills and ability to multitask. I am practical, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. I enjoy working in a team or independently achieving set goals. I am always looking to learn and becoming better at what I do. On top of my photography, I am fully proficient in using Adobe Suite in my everyday work for retouching, editing and graphic design, and animation for presentations and websites.
I have worked as a freelance photographer since 2009 specialising in wedding and portrait photography. During this time I have been able to gain experience in negotiating tailored wedding packages according to the clients wishes aiming to identify elements that could make the wedding photographs personal to the couple, interact with guests assuring them to be comfortable being photographed, collaborate with i.e. venue personnel and other professionals, adapt quickly to new situations and photo opportunities.
Working for Tesco has given me the experience and the confidence to work efficiently to meet the high standards of the company providing customers with excellent customer service in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities include money handling, end of the day cashing up, administration duties, visual merchandising, stock take, supervising and training new team members. I have a keen interest in finding a position where I would have the opportunity to use all my visual techniques and people skills developed throughout my training and other experience effectively and become a valuable member of your team contributing towards the success of the company.
