This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a very successful motorcycle business.Duties include but are not exclusive to:Organising all data capture to ensure that customers are communicated with effectively and every opportunity for selling and promoting the activity of the Parts department is fully maximised. Making sure that Aftersales CSI scores reflect the expectations of the business and manufacturer.Developing and maximising every opportunity for the sale of parts Clothing & accessories.Ensuring the correct and efficient supply of parts to the workshop as and when required. We are recruiting! We are looking for a qualified, experienced motorcycle technician to join the workshop team in our premium franchised dealership for BMW Motorrad. The successful candidate must have experience of modern motorcycles and be able to use current diagnostic equipment as well as all aspects of servicing and modern engine work. You will also be required to undertake servicing and repairs on all ages of BMW motorcycles.This role may suit a car technician wanting to retrain in the motorcycle industry, factory training will be provided in UK.This role is working with some of the most prestigious motorcycles on the market today. Hours are initially Monday to Saturday work during the summer months but this would allow a day of during the week. Other Benefits Working within a friendly team of a well-established dealership.You will be part of a dealership specialising in some of the most prestigious, new and innovative motorcycles currently on the market.Wages will be commensurate with experience. Ideal Candidate The suitable candidate should ideally be qualified to NVQ level 3 or C & G equivalent and have experience of working in a franchised workshop environment.If you are a qualified MOT tester that would be advantageous although not necessary but you must have the criteria to become an MOT tester." Essential You should have a minimum of 3 years technical experience with modern motorcycles and be able to work unsupervised in a safe and timely manner to high exacting standards.You must be a self-starter with a flexible can do attitude, have a good attention to detail and be able to work as part of a team.
