💬 "Until February of last year I had never run a step and had no desire to. But with encouragement from a friend and my husband, I went out for a run around the block with my daughter and I slowly fell in love with running. I was soon ready for my first Park Run, which I managed to survive through. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I’d be able to run a 10k but on race day I managed it. Although my friend was injured on the day so we had to run slow, we did it together and we had such fun." Catherine Freestone, Run Norwich 2017 participant
