With the recent confirmed outbreak of KHV (Koi Herpes Virus) in Norfolk (see gov.uk) and at other fisheries in the UK, we are taking disease prevention even more seriously. You will see the attached notice around the fishery, PLEASE ADHERE TO IT. ALL ANGLERS MUST dip and rinse their nets, mats, cradles and slings for at least 15 minutes in the tanks near the fishery shop. If anglers do not adhere to these disease precautions then they will not be allowed to fish on the lakes. Described as the aquatic equivalent to foot-and-mouth disease, the consequences are devastating. Help to prevent the spread of this nasty disease and be a responsible angler!
