We specialise in making BBQ's that little bit more special. From a simple BBQ which would include: homemade steak burgers in brioche buns, real big butchers sausages in big buns ( no frankfurters in undersized bun here) to The Ozzie Way concept which would include, Kangaroo Burgers, ostrich Steak kebabs, Garlic Prawns and so on. We have a range of menus and concepts to suit all tastes and needs. We can also turn your BBQ into a 3 or more course dinner, whether that be a formal sit down occasion in one or two of our pop up venue marquees or an informal dinner we can provide it all.
