Open for brunch,afternoon tea and dinner. We are a social hub for those who enjoy great food, good wine, cool cocktails & delicious desserts served in a relaxed atmosphere by the friendliest team.
We put love and passion into everything we produce and we pride ourselves on using only the freshest produce. We actively source locally whenever possible and are proud to include Hodgson's fishmongers, Sundaes of Yarm and Firth & Co Wine Merchants as just some of those award winning suppliers.

12 Harland Place is open Monday to Saturday 10am till 11pm. Our kitchen serves up food from 10am with last food orders at 8pm Monday to Thursday and 9pm Friday & Saturday. Our Bar & Deli Cakes are still open after kitchen closes. We are now closed Sundays. We are sorry in advance if we disappoint any customers with this change to Sunday opening, but we are making sure all our team have a guaranteed Sunday off to spend with family & friends. Fear not we are still open Monday to Saturday 🥰
