It's been a funny day today, not my best. I always know when I'm not 100% because I get a heavy fluttering in my chest, I feel really low and just generally sad. This is when I know I need to rebalance myself and that feeling is how I keep myself right! We all have bad days even when there is no real reason for them. I'm glad to say I'm feeling much happier, even more so now as it's bed time and I get a 7am lay in. Goodnight everyone 🌙
