Want super strong and toned shoulders? Listen up 👏 A seated shoulder press *literally* takes the legs away from the movement 😲 This makes the exercise harder, meaning you can get more ‘bang for your buck’ regarding shoulder strength and development 💁‍♂️ Keeping your chest upright encourages loads of core activation as well - it’s bloody difficult! Try doing a set a 8-10 slow and control reps after a major lift (such as a deadlift) so you’re being more productive in your ‘rest’ time! I’ve had a few “interesting” conversations recently about ‘healthy foods’ and ‘toxins’ 🙄🙈 I get that Nutrition is confusing (can be) and the more you read into it the more you can restrict your whole life and be oppressed by what the “gurus” are telling you >> But honestly, don’t over think it << 💥 Pizza for breakfast may not be the wisest choice to drop body fat and slip those jeans back on 💥 Drinking 12 glasses of wine ‘because it’s Sunday’ probably won’t help your overhang No it DOESNT MATTER what kind of rice you have or whether or not you only consume ‘NATURAL SUGARS’ & It doesn’t matter how many ‘anti toxins’ are in your fruit juice, unless your a plant. Which you are not. 🌈 Everything in moderation Don’t be bogged down by the tiny details Approximately calculated Calories and Macros will get you VERY far if done well Oh, and train your bum off ✋ (but not too much) ☝️
