GODO Ju Jitsu is a friendly, hard-working Martial Arts dojo in Northampton, England. We cater for all ages from 4yrs upwards and have seperate Tots, Juniors and Adult classes. Warm, clean dojo, with a large area of 40mm competition-standard matting and ample off-road parking.

GODO Ju Jitsu incorporates both modern and traditional forms of Ju-Jitsu using blocks, strikes, locks, throws and strangles making it a very effective form of self defence suitable for both Male and Female students aged from 4 to 80. Advanced students also get the chance to learn a variety of weapons systems
GODO Ju Jitsu roots may be inspired by the traditional Ju Jitsu, but we also focus on the realistic application of technique aimed at today's society.

Excellent session tonight, and a great turnout at both the Blue Dragons and Adults classes. Well done to Mariana on earning her Hip-Throw Merit Badge during the class. Some great work as well at the adults session. We did some handcuffing techniques for our brand new Special constable (for him to practice) and some fun, but very effective knife-defence work. Good evening all. I will be sorting the February Grading list tomorrow. The majority of candidates will be Red and Blue Dragons. There are only three adults from the Northampton dojo eligible to Grade; one for Red and two who have opted to wait until June. Sadly, no one else has completed enough lessons to qualify. It's your club; use it or lose it.

Two weeks and five days to the Grading! Have you got your tatami-time in? Have you attained the standard required to be examined on 6th February? Training tonight... Red Dragons (4-6yrs) are on from 6pm to 7pm, followed by Adults mixed Ju Jitsu from 7:45pm to 9:45pm. Want to try something new? Then come along to GODO Ju Jitsu. We have classes for children aged 4 and upwards, separate classes for older and younger children (our Red and Blue Dragons), Women's Defensive Skills and mixed Adults Ju Jitsu.
