One of the main ingredients for successful #training is preparation. Restocking and prepping our new kit is strangely exciting! All ready for 6 amped learners for 5 days of #frec4. More great news! We're are now sponsored by #openhouse products who are the industry leaders in emergency bags. The team this week will be the first to use our new fleet of BLS, Critical Care, Drugs and Barrel Gas Bags. #welovewhatwedo #cornwall #training
Woohoo 🙌 We are delighted to announce that we are now approved for #FREC 3,4 & 5 on the Military Enhanced Learning Credit System. Not only are we the only provider in the #southwest to offer levels 3,4 & 5 and courses can be taken individually or as a bundle. Call us now for more information.
We had the absolute pleasure of working with ShelterBox on their Team Emergency Kits which we put together for them. We met SRT’s from 34 countries through a live video feed , where Tim talked them through the contents of their kits and demonstrated their uses. Topics covered where catostrophic bleeds, broken bones , first aid and sharps followed by an amazingly interactive Q&A session ! It was great to be a small part of this global charity who does such fantastic work. #insafehands #training #cornwall #charity #firstaid
We train all sectors , locally, nationally and internationally! We had the pleasure of training Bromley Bow Gas National Grid UK in London and it was great that everyone got stuck in and really got involved in their Emergency First Aid Training!

Tony Boney got 'tagged' this week! Great group session on #fractures, starting with what #bones do you know? As you can see the office staff lost many more #postits than normally needed! This was a snap shot of an absolutely brilliant week with 24 learners nailing #firstaidatwork at the Sim Centre and 12 off site, 12 cleaning up on a Level 2 #HACCP, 12 smashing (words of Mark one of the trainers!) #FREC Level 3, and some lovely folks refreshing #safermovingandhandling, and we are all now set up for the second day of #Paediatricfirstaid here at #ISH on our weekend courses. Many thanks to everyone who worked hard this week, with challenges and many laughs! And the best thing is we get to do all again from Monday..... We love what we do. #cornwall #cornwallbusiness #trainingincornwall
Happy Friday! Make it a great and safe one 😊
Our International placement opportunities in Mexico for First Response Emergency & Urgent Care or FREUC is as real as it gets! The Emergency Departments are busy to say the least and everyone around has to get involved- no standing around and observing here! #firstresponse #emergency & #urgentcare
While Tim was out in Mexico 🇲🇽, he did 2 presentations on simulation training. He explained the importance and benefit of engaging the sensors of smell , sound and light conditions and showed them images and video footage of what we do which they found very impressive! #simulation
Training never stops! The professionalism and desire to learn are traits of all the clinicians Tim met on his travels. Paramedics took the time to teach student paramedics cannulation during downtown between calls. Tim said:’The willingness of everyone to help, teach and make welcome was evident where ever I went.’ #FREUC5
Interested in an alternate route to becoming a #paramedic? Look no further, we at In Safe Hands Training have a new level 5 diploma course in First Response Emergency 🚨 and Urgent Care with an international placement option in Puerto Vallarta, in the Pacific Coast of Mexico 🇲🇽. Join us for an insight evening on the 22nd of February to find out more .....
