We will now be doing a variety of smoothies. This one is Apple, banana, cucumber, spinach, ginger, mint and lime - with almond milk and local honey. Totally nutritious and cleansing. Perfect accompaniment to our Italian bagel. That’s my lunch sorted.

Thank you all for an amazing December it has been so much fun! Due to our wonderful chef having some time off we will not be doing food for the next four days, including today (Sunday) we will resume again on Thursday with a brand new menu...... enjoy all the beach walks over New Years everyone, and come and visit in January for some healthy and nutritious food
