We are excited to launch our first ever midweek Jump Family session today! From 4pm today come along and have a bouncing good time!

Don't forget our Jump Fit classes are on tonight. Burn Calories, melt body fat, tone and build your muscles with our enjoyable, energetic fitness classes. Keeping fit means having fun in these unique and effective sessions. Our instructor Miriam Ahmad is ready to give you a work out to enjoy and see results! Jump fit session lasts 30 mins our first session is 7.30pm and then another at 8pm. From Monday the 4th December, we will be altering some of our opening and session times. Monday will remain the same, we will now open from 4 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. On Friday night our Jump Teen will now run from 7-9pm and on Saturday night our Jump Late sessions will run from 7-9pm. Our Jump Support session will now move to 5pm on Tuesday (4pm on Tuesday December 5th & 19th due to already confirmed bookings), and we will have an additional Jump Family session on Thursday at 4pm. Our last session will be at 6pm on Sunday evenings. If you already have a booking outside of these hours, we will honour it, and are still able to open outside of these hours for schools and groups.
