All our birds are now cwtched up in the fridge getting ready for the big day!! We have some left but they are selling fast!, we also have some Demi Turkey's available (whole birds cut in half). Our Shop will be open from the 21st to 24th for collections, we will have a full range of produce including 28 day Ribeye,Sirloin and Fillet Steaks, Pigs in blankets and some 40 day Dry Aged Sirloins. Dont forget our own Cranberry and Port Sauce. Loads of Sausages and Bacon and Whole Gammons. We will also have a full range of Caws Cenarth Cheese. Plenty of Welsh Angus Beef Joints cut to size, and some Gloucester Old Spot Pork Joints. I have managed to shoot some deer and have some ready prepared Venison Joints. I will be making some Venison and Pheasant Sausages too!! LAST WEEK FOR ORDERS!! Please dont leave it too late!! Yes its that time again!! We are starting to take orders for Fresh Free Range Bronze Turkeys this Christmas, order early as we sold out last year!! Dont leave it to late!! We are also in the Neath Food Festival on the 29,30 and 1st please come along and support all Local Producers!!.

We are open for this Bank Hoilday weekend and its arrived our new BBQ! We are having a trial run on Saturday afternoon ready for the food festival and everyone is welcome to try our delicious sausages and burgers and we won't even charge --- ITS FREE!! Our shop will also be open as usual and we have some Vension sausages and burgers as well as all the other produce and the first batch of this years honey.
