A busy week of sorting out: sore knees, necks, hips, backs, prenatal aches and pains and migraines ahead of me with some post event recovery thrown in to the mix. I really do love how varied my job is. Happy mother's day folks! Hope you have had a lovely day if you are a mummy. I was at a course all weekend learning some fab techniques for problems with the jaw and TMJ, so if you are a teeth clencher or grinder, I should be able to help solve some resultant headaches or neck pain as a result of problems in the TMJ. :-)

Cross training workouts to replace a run
Some good cross training ideas here. Cross training is so good for preventing injury. Add in regular recovery massage and you have a winning combination. Despite only being the 1st of March the diary is becoming quite busy, so if you have any events looming, don't forget to contact me to book in.
5 Foods That May Help Manage Endometriosis
I thought this might be helpful to some of my female clients. Living with chronic pain can be extremely hard and overwhelming at times. I liked how this is simply good food so even if it doesn't help, at least it has tasted good! Massage is also a wonderful and healthy source of pain relief and as it helps to lower stress, it would also be a useful tool. Please share with anyone you think might benefit.
