Adamton Country House Hotel The Adamton Country House Hotel is a magnificent and impressive Manor House set in an historic country estate dating back to the 11th Century. Combining rich history and romance, Adamton has accommodated some celebrated guests from Bonnie Prince Charlie's children to Clarke Gable.
Resting in 19.5 acres and accessed along a tranquil country lane, the hotel offers 265 en-suite bedrooms, including 27 luxurious signature executive suites located in the main house, with the remainder being in the annexe wing. Many of the rooms have the benefit of stunning views over the grounds and all rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. There are few hotels in Prestwick that can compete with the stunning grounds and room facilities of the Adamton.
Residents and guests are free to enjoy the fabulous walks on paths in and around the grounds, utilise the on-site games room facilities and the three full size flood lit tennis courts.
The oak lined Arran Lounge is perfect for a relaxing drink amongst the opulent period features, which continue into the lounge and restaurant. The restaurant also offers spectacular breath taking views over the estate and there is an excellent selection of home cooked bar and restaurant meals available.

The hotel is adjacent to Glasgow Prestwick airport and 35 miles from Glasgow International Airport, making it the ideal stopover before your travels. Nearby attractions include historic Royal Troon and under a 10-minute drive to the open Golf courses of Prestwick. The popular towns of Ayr and Kilmarnock are only a 15 minute drive away and Glasgow City Centre is a 20 minute drive.

After 40 years the medieval banquets will be returning to the Adamton when our first one will be on Saturday 14th October and who better to start us off than Gaberlunzie who will be celebrating 50 years in the business and were also one of the original groups to play at the Adamton in the early 1970's. We are going to host a family easter egg hunt in the grounds of the Adamton Country House Hotel with all proceeds from the easter egg hunt going to "memories are better than dreams charity" at Crosshouse Hospital. Price £3.00 per child for egg hunt (ALL KIDS WILL GET A FREE EASTER EGG) We have changed our lunch to a BBQ as per some of your requests, heres hoping its good weather. WEDDING COMPETITION It has been brought to our attention after looking into several facebook profiles last night that several ones were infact fake ones. For that reason we have removed the name that was chosen last night. The competition is still open and we will be choosing a winner by the end of tomorrow. Please note that the winner will be asked to contact the hotel directly BEFORE a name is posted on the Facebook page. The staff of the hotel would like to apologise for what has happened however this has been outwith the hotels control and we will do everything within our power to make sure nothing like this happens again.
