Iyengar Yoga Weekend 3rd-5th February 2017 with Jenny King Snowdonia National Park Yr Ocar is a tranquil, self-contained retreat venue, nestled in 3 acres of woodland by a beautiful river, close to Snowdon and the surrounding mountains. The house has very comfortable, mostly en suite accommodation in twin rooms. The meals will be delicious, wholesome & vegetarian. There will be a 2 hour yoga asana class Saturday & Sunday morning and a recuperative and pranayama class on Saturday afternoon, with free time to explore and enjoy spectacular walking around Snowdon or just relax at the house, by a log burning stove. The weekend is an opportunity to deepen your yoga experience and refine your practice. COST: Friday to Sunday £195 for full board & yoga. Iyengar Yoga convention in Harrogate was inspiring and ignited my yoga practice. Three days of yoga with friends and family...bliss.
