NEW Community Hub in Mintlaw to serve the needs of the growing communities in Central Buchan. NOW OPEN!!! What is MACBI??
Mintlaw and Central Buchan Initiative or MACBI is a company limited by guarantee and with charitable status. MACBI's aim is to establish a new Sports and Community Hub and provide a modern facility to hold cultural or sporting activities and most importantly to offer a focal point for community activities.
Who are MACBI
MACBI was set up in 2005 by local people and are governed by committee. MACBI currently have over 300 members. Please refer to the website for a list of current committee members.

***Open as normal today*** You will be glad to hear that we are open from 9am today and we are offering half price badminton/soft tennis/table tennis bookings today, tomorrow and Friday (27th, 28th & 29th) ONLY £4.50per hour!! We also have limited spaces left in the following classes: Today 27th - Boogie Bounce 10.30am-11.20am with Angie (Supervised Soft Play for kids on at same time) Studio Cycle 1.15pm-2pm with Gregor Piyo 2pm-3pm with Denise Tomorrow 28th - Studio Cycle 9am-9.45am with Michelle Boogie Bounce 6pm-6.50pm with Angie Studio Cycle 6pm-6.45pm with Andrea Studio Cycle 7pm-7.45pm with Gregor Friday 29th - Studio Cycle 9am-9.45am with Gregor Metafit 4.15pm-5pm with Leanne Pound 5.30pm-6.20pm with Angie Saturday 30th - Studio Cycle 9am-9.45am & Metafit 10am-10.45am with Leanne. ***Artie's Tartan Tales*** Still looking for bits and bobs to put in with the kids Christmas?! Well why not pop in and buy tickets for Arties Tartan Tales!! Songs and Stories from the Singing Kettle right on your doorstep! Show will be from 2pm-3.15pm with a 15 minute interval at half time. All tickets cost £3 and under 1's are free! Tickets can be purchased from Macbi reception
