Just to let you all know Sunday morning sparring 10am will still be on and gyms open as usual Monday bank holiday.
Dont forget Morning training 10am today people. Kids Class 6pm Muay Thai 7pm and Boxing 7pm
Gym will be open as usual for the bank Holiday Monday 10am morning class mixed boxing and Muay Thai, Junior class 6pm Muay Thai 7pm Boxing 7pm
Teesside Muay Thai OK people This Wednesday their will be no Junior class at 6pm. Both Adult Classes will run as normal at 7pm. Please pass the word to parents who may not be aware. Friday morning and evening classes will be cancelled due to instructors being away. Sorry for any inconvenience guys and girls...
