Really kind feedback from recent guests - we wish Rita all the very best in her recovery. Hi Sarah, I hope you this email finds you well and, it was nice to meet you this week. I don't know if you are aware but, I injured my back significantly and was rendered immobile yesterday. My husband called and spoke with Callum using the emergency phone number in one of the frames in the cottage, as we were due to check out by 10am. Not only did he give us a grace period to sort out our travel arrangements and allow me to rest, he contacted his sister in law, Mary, who came to my aid and to offer her professional opinion as a physiotherapist. I cannot thank them enough for what they did. Mary came not only once during the morning, but again later in the afternoon to help get me into the car. All of this for someone she had never met, and during her precious weekend time. After an arduous 3.5 hour journey back to Yorkshire, I finally made it to my own bed, where I am still recovering. I honestly didn't think this was going to be possible when I woke up yesterday morning. Not only was the cottage absolutely fantastic, it is clear that the owners and their extended family are absolute gems. I cannot thank Mary enough. Such acts of genuine selflessness are very rare in today's society. Please pass on my sincerest thanks and let me have your office address so that I may send a token of my appreciation. Thank you, and Kindest Regards Rita
