Nancy Darcy work on a system that revolves around you and your stylist really getting to know each other. All new clients are offered extended appointment and consultation time to ensure the outcome works best for you and your lifestyle.
Our policy states stylists must work through a “Personalised Style Guide” with all new clients, covering aspects including lifestyle, ability, and aesthetics. We believe no-body knows their hair better than YOU, therefore using the style guide we can learn from you, and become your expert. Your “New client /cut and Blow Dry” appointment also includes a weclome pack filled with goodies like welcome cards, taster products and treatments.
We boast:
The North Easts ONLY wella colour degree technician, a colour placement technican and cut and care duo, a Balmain hair Extension specialist (we are the only salon with 170 mile radius who are trained in and provide Balmain System Volume.), and of course a dedicated and passionate bridal specialist.

Lyndsey's kit bag hero!! Elastic force!! My favourite product to use on my own hair is elastic force!! It makes your hair easy to blow dry, blow dry seems to last longer, personally I don’t like to use a lot of products on my own hair I don’t like how it feels but really like this because it’s light weight, an can’t feel it in your hair!! Hair feels fuller an healthier bouncy an shiny 😬
