I envisaged beautifully wrapped slices of fudge, showcasing yummy fillings which could be popped in the post for a weekend treat or gift! However my fudge is so deliciously crumbly that that daydream has gone out of the window! 😂 It still tastes amazing though so if you can collect and would like give it a try I’ve got a couple of flavours looking for a home! Mother’s Day treats!! Available to order now. £15 each or if you have two special ladies to buy for, order two for £25! A 4” drip cake, either chocolate or vanilla sponge filled with buttercream and jam and smothered with more vanilla buttercream. A chocolate ganache drip on top and adorned with a selection of sweet treats which can be personalised to the lucky recipient. The cake will serve 8 if necessary, but who would want to share?! Or 7 chocolate or vanilla cupcakes, decorated with a buttercream rose swirl, carefully arranged on an iced board as a bunch of roses. Both options can have a name and/or Mother’s Day message plaque. There may be an additional charge for specific treats on the drip cake if you require ‘posh choccies’ 😊 They will be available for collection on the 9th and 10th March.

This is my kind of cake! The bottom tier was a delicious chocolate cake filled and smothered in white chocolate buttercream. The middle, classic vanilla with strawberry jam filled and covered in vanilla buttercream. And the top tier, my favourite, chocolate orange cake with a smooth ganache filling with choc chunks mixed in, smothered in more delicious ganache. It was then painted gold and finished with a hand painted ‘G’ for the birthday girl! x

What a crazy week. But so worth it! My little man was 1 today. I don’t know where a year has gone, but I know for sure that having two little people in the house keeps me busy. I’ve made a few too many cupcakes!!! I’ve got two boxes of 4 available at £4 each. Box 1 has two vanilla, 1 chocolate and 1 chocolate orange! Box 2 has two vanilla and two chocolate! Baked yesterday so best eaten today, but will be ok for a couple of days. I also have a few bags of fudge left! x

It’s treat time!!!! 😊 I don’t know why, but as Christmas comes around I always find myself making fudge! It’s just how I like it, made with fresh double cream and a little bit crumbly, topped with an array of goodies. We have Galaxy, Kinder and Minstrels. And although it’s not as pretty, its still super yummy, mini mars surrounded by fudge. I also have some vanilla available. The large bags are approx 150g and £2.00. I also have just a couple of small ones at 100g for £1.50. I should be making some more up at the end of the week so am open to special orders if anyone fancy’s something different?! I’m playing catch up again 🙈 I must admit I’m a little obsessed with all the gorgeous unicorn things you can buy at the moment and I’ve been waiting for a chance to make one of these! A huge 6 layers of vanilla rainbow sponge, with rainbow buttercream ‘mane’ and of course a bit of sparkle 🌈🦄✨
