Any design ideas welcome - I like a challenge! Hello! I have been baking for over 25 years, my first cake being a ruby wedding cake with red sugarpaste flowers. Cake decorating may have evolved over the years but many people still enjoy having a beautiful cake to celebrate a special occasion. I have designed and created all sorts of cakes for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, Christmas and any other occasion.
