One of my best transformations (not this one) was terrible in the gym, really terrible. But there results where incredible. I’m a lot more expendable than I think lol

Drive+gym+drive=a lot of time. For people with actual jobs😂 time is a problem. Home workouts are the answer and if the ☀️ is out garden sesh. Go onto eBay/ Facebook market place buy a few bits of kit and your away. 30mins circuit style is quick, effective and keeps the momentum. If you haven’t got 30 mins then your life is fucked lol.
f I could pick one bit of kit to travel with it would be the squat rack 😂. However logistically a nightmare, so the next best thing the TRX. Ideal if you CBA going to a gym or on holiday. - While you'll probs never look like Arnold using this, you can still develop a decent physique. - Here's 4 lower body exercises and 5 upper body. - I did abs to but I ran out of storage on my phone (too many selfies).
