NKM is running our introductory Women's Self-Defence Seminar 1.30-4.30 on Sunday 24th July with our friends at Love Withington Baths. These seminars are run exclusively for women and deal with the complex interactions between men and women; aiming to empower women with the skills needed to defend themselves. The cost of the seminar is £25 but we are offering a 20% discount to NKM members, family and friends, and current members of Love Withington Baths. ***NKM 'Stay Away' Women's Self Defence Seminar*** NKM is running a three hour self-defence seminar for women at Love Withington Baths on Sunday 24th July 1.30-4.30pm. The three hour session aims to give participants a greater understanding of self-defence from a woman's perspective, involves undertaking some practice of basic self-defence techniques and aims to raise awareness of the differences between men and women related to self-defence. It's been a great week at NKM. Three of our Instructors in training completed the first part of their Civilian Instructor Course and started their journey on the way to becoming IKMF Krav Maga Instructors. In addition I went away and undertook our mandatory Instructor updates with Israel Tamir, ensuring that serving Instructors are always learning and developing. As part of this weekend, I was very proud to be appointed as Lead Civilian Instructor in recognition for my development in the instruction, teaching and development of IKMF students. Great week for NKM!!! 😀👍🏻💪🏻👊🏻👌🏻
