This hour long session starts at 6pm and is a fantastic way to practice and learn all aspects of compound lifts with a mind to improving static power and strength. 🏋️ The strength class cost £8 for Ironworks Gymnasium members and £10 for non members and does have a limited number of spaces so best to check here or at the gym for availability.

🏋️🏋️🏋️ LEG PRESS TIPS 🏋️🏋️🏋️ The leg press is an awesome exercise for size, strength and overall leg development, but foot position and weight distribution are important factors in better isolating the individual muscles. A higher foot position while pushing more through your heels will better isolate glutes and hamstrings, while a slightly lower foot position while pushing more through the balls of your feet will better isolate the quads. Always remain controlled in your movement and don't lock your knees at the top (both for safety and time under tension for the muscles, leading to greater gainz!)

The Wyldfit STRENGTH TRAINING session last Wednesday evening revolved around rack pulls and was an intense session of learning, pulling and, above all, fun!
