Network Personnel is a recognised training and employment organisation offering help and support to those wishing to find employment.  Network Personnel is an organisation with an extensive knowledge of the Magherafelt, Cookstown & Moyle areas. We have a detailed knowledge of the issues facing the communities in which we operate, as well as an understanding of the employment opportunities (existing and potential) in and around these communities.

On 30th November 2011, Network Personnel officially opened a third branch at 2 Quay Road Ballycastle. The new premises were acquired in order to facilitate the delivery of ‘Source’, a new and innovative employment support programme, in the Moyle District Council area.

In addition to the Moyle & Cookstown areas, the programme is also available on an outreach basis in the Antrim, Ballymena, Ballymoney Carrickfergus, Coleraine, Larne, Limavady & Newtownabbey District Council areas to individuals who have one or more employability barriers including a history of homelessness, ex-offenders/ex-prisoners, a history of drug/alcohol misuse or young adults leaving care.
