We're a small private livery yard in the heart of Leicestershire which has been operating since 1986!
Offering Assisted DIY, Part and Full Livery We are a small private yard operating since 1986 from the same premises. Situated in the heart of Leire we are within easy reach of the M1, M6 and M69 and just 10 minutes away from Magna Park and Fosse Park.
Local competition venues are WESTON LAWNS, HIGH CROSS, SOLIHULL and VALE VIEW hosting Dressage, Jumping, Combined training and Arena Eventing. Also, with three cross country courses all within an hours drive of the yard it gives you the ideal competition base.
Or, maybe you prefer the relaxed life, then we are in the middle of several bridle paths.
Our fields are good old fashioned mature grassland giving all year round grazing.
We also have the benefit of a 20 x 40 menage with a set of jumps

Today was an important day of my and my horses future leaving Witham Villa Equestrian Centre after 10 fantastic years. I’d like to thank Verity Saul for all her help and support over the years, especially finding both of my beautiful boys Billbow and Topes and all the hard work you’ve put in with my riding, competing and aiding me to attain my BHSAI / BD UKCC Level 2. I’ve met some fantastic people through Witham, to many to mention; however, I would like to wish you all well x. Wont be away for long as teaching Tuesday night 😀. We have moved to a beautiful livery yard in Leire (Leire Lodge Farm) with excellent facilities / hacking where you can see the boys have settled in as if they have always been there. Huge thank you to the Corser family for all your help facilitating the move and making us feel really welcome x. Really looking forward to this new chapter in Team Mickys dressage pursuits ❤️❤️❤️x
