Ian Hunt is a professionally qualified People Developer with over 30 years of experience. Ian's mission is to motivate and develop people to enhance their skills and improve overall business performance.

With a unique training style that relaxes people, Ian is able to help people to enjoy the workshops in which he runs. He is renowned for incorporating useful advice and humour into his training.

His specialist subject is “motivation” skills and this involves motivating yourself before attempting to motivate others. Ian has written a book on the subject called, “Being the Best You Can Be”.

Ian works with many Public and Private Companies across many different sectors, and finds that the subject of customer care and people management are common to all types of businesses. He feels confident that he can help facilitate positive changes with all businesses that have “people challenges”.

Ian originally worked in the Hotel & Catering Industry for 15 years before becoming a Senior Training Advisor with the Hotel & Catering Training Company in the early 1990’s. He then established Training Solutions.
