I am a fully accredited Independent Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant.
Cambridge Weight Plan has been providing real people with wight loss since 1984. I am an Independent Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant working within West Lothian and West Edinburgh.
Cambridge Weight Plan is a flexible range of weight management programmes for both men and woman which has been around for 32 years and scientifically proven to aid in weight loss and weight management.
Background;
I started back in January 2014 to finally lose the weight I gained and lost through years of yo-yo dieting. Health concerns were my main motivation. After 5 months I lost 5 stone on Step 1 of the plan. I went from a size 20 to a comfortable 12. What I had lost in weight, I had gained in confidence!
Soon after I fell pregnant and after having my son in 2015 I went back on plan to lose the weight I gained in pregnancy. 2 stone lost in 6 weeks on step 1 again. I then moved through the various steps to lose another 2 stone and maintain my goal weight and dress size.
Cambridge Weight Plan has completely changed my life and with my help I can change yours too!

Another amazing transformation in this weeks #CWPTeamScotland superstar. Nicola, from Clarkston, Glasgow. Nicola contacted her Consultants from her family holiday in Spain, she had decided it was time to make a change and take control of losing weight.
