I am a qualified in nlp, cbt, pct, life coaching and hypnotherapy. All therapy is based around your needs. I charge £30 per hour. Everybody is biologically the same. What makes us different is the thoughts we have. These thoughts produce chemicals, these chemicals make us react differently to different situations. If you can change your thoughts, which is harder than it sounds as a lot of these thoughts are subconscious, then you can change everything in your life.

facebook.comWhen people say they need to be more organised they often mean they need more control in their life. To gain control start 'to do lists' and 'waiting for lists' e.g. replies to emails. For a list to work you need to commit to it. Write everything down that isn't in your normal routine. This then clears your mind so you can focus on one task at a time. Stress will stop you remembering the simplest of things so you really do need to commit to the lists, and write every task down. One day a week set aside some time to complete your work list and your home list.
