We will keep everyone posted on the extra classes 💪🏻✅ There is no way I’m sleeping tonight I’m on such a high 💃🏻🙈😂 thanks everyone hope you’ve had a great day too.

As me and Lyndsay closed for the night we sat back in awe at how busy MeganM has been all day, so we decided to calculate up how many people walked through our doors... a whopping 267 people!! 🎉😍 Unbelievable!! We actually can’t believe it! Since this morning it’s been all go, which we have all loved. I still can’t get over the atmosphere, it’s hard to describe but there’s such a buzz about the place 🤩 I still remember looking back dreaming about what I have now. I’m so very thankful, incredibly grateful and unbelievably blessed ❤️ You lot are amazing!! 🙌🏻

Motivation is simple. We move forward with what we like and avoid or stay away from what we don't like or what makes us feel uncomfortable. Therefore, if we say we want to change but don't, its not because we are not motivated. It’s because we believe that changing will some how be more stressful or uncomfortable than remaining the same. But when the disappointment of staying the same becomes greater than change itself, we take action and change takes place instantly. If you want to make a change but haven't in your health and fitness routine, here is my top tips on where to start. ✔️ Turn on some music...Music is such an amazing mood enhancer. Just as sad music can make you worse, upbeat music can not only put you in a better mood, but it can really revive your energy and can get you motivated out the door and pushing it at class. ✔️ Schedule your workouts each day of the week like it's a meeting with yourself: bosses don't cancel! ✔️Just go for 15 minutes...You really don't feel like it, but you know you need to workout. Tell yourself to “just go for 15 minutes” and then you can stop if you’re not feeling it. Once you are 15 minutes into your workout you will want to probably want to continue but if you don’t, you at least gave it an honest effort, and still did something for a few minutes. ✔️ Put your gym clothes on...Sometimes just changing out of your out of your weekday work clothes into you workout clothes will drastically change your motivation and mood! Treat yourself every now and then for a new sports bra or a new pair of trainers. We all love wearing new clothes to class. ✔️ Tell people your intentions to workout. The more people you tell, the more accountable you will be. Even better, plan to meet a friend before class start. ✔️ Be prepared...Choose 2 days of the week to meal prep for the following 3 days like on Sunday's and Wednesday's. ✔️ Set aside your hardships, excuses and reasons why you "can't" - we all have them! Focus on why you CAN. You can do this! Join it, Live it, Love it!
