I’ve just been informed that due to unforeseen circumstances the Community Centre has been closed - therefore there will be no class tonight! I’m unsure about tomorrows class at the minute but I will let you know as soon as I do! Apologies 😢😢

It’s the start of a new week, I hope you will all be joining Amy tonight at 6.30pm Strathkinness Village Hall to kick start your week!?

I’ve decided to mix things up on a Friday to give you all more flexibility! From now on I will teach Express at 5.45pm followed by Strength30. You will then have the option to do one or both of the classes 💃💪

We did it and I have the proof to show that it worked!! 😜 A new record... blasted past the 500 calories mark during a Interval class... Boom! Hands up if you want to do it again? 🙌
