So we made it through yesterdays thunderstorm and here we are at a brighter Friday morning. James has been baking your favourite cones and cranberry and raspberry muffins for breakfast. We have our smoked haddock from Blydoit Fish so will be making our Cullen skink for lunch as well as split pea soup.

Well the weather doesn't seem to be too kind today and we have lots of visitors we would like to welcome who are aboard The Norwegian Jade and The Magellan cruise ships. Good morning everybody. Matthew has been busy this morning, baking a selection of scones, croissants and some orange marmalade muffins. Our cakes today are: strawberry cheesecake, bakewell tart, carrot cake, shortbread, spiced tea loaf and gluten and dairy free brownies and peanut butter cookies.
