Merriman is a business with a proud family history. It began over 50 years ago providing plant hire and earthworks and since then has evolved into a modern, successful company able to offer land development, reclamation and remediation, building services and property investment. It provides customers with a bespoke and varied range of services from the head office at Cossington, near Leicester. Michael Merriman, son of founder Paddy, is managing director and other family members are still heavily involved in the operational management team. The traditional values associated with established family businesses have been maintained but the company has not allowed itself to rest on its past. It has adopted a fresh, modern approach to business, working very much in partnership with clients to focus on customer service and quality workmanship.
