Dippers
Description
Dippers are a group who meet to use the hydrotherapy pool at Leicester's General Hospital for casual exercise. Dippers is an informal group of pool users who really benefit from exercise in the warmth of a hydrotherapy pool. We meet twice weekly on Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 17.45 and 20.00. Sessions are forty-five minutes long. There is a fee and we ask members to attend at least four sessions. If you have had hydrotherapy as part of physiotherapy for an injury, or have a chronic muscular/skeletal condition, or you have limited mobility, and think a chance to stretch and relax in the pool would be good then please use the contact link.

facebook.comFacebook keeps telling me that the good folk of Dippers have not heard from me in a while and that this will be bothering them... What I would like to do now is reassure Facebook that the good folk of Dippers couldn't give the proverbial multiple of monkeys about my ramblings and if asked would express delight in not having had to have heard them. Stay beautiful doods.
No. wait. I was definately stealing material. It was Leanne and Alice's lovely mum that did the gag first. And if you are out there, I still have the hair bands by the way (but not the hair). Big up to top mums.
Anyway the pool is occasionally closed for cleaning due to unforeseen and unfortunate accidents. This must have been playing on my mind when I started to edit the photo.
Those of you who are POOL regulars - hold on - may need to start that all over again...
