Okay, such a long time since I updated my status... I actually have some 'free' time today, free to go on my laptop and do things that I need to, like how to change a word document to pdf (didn't realise how easy it was!!!), and of course update my status. The earlier part of the day has been spent making sweet treats, chicken and sweetcorn pastries, and lamb kebabs!!!
Customers may notice that I have started using my own home made filo pastry on the samosas... hard work rolling out the pastry but the end result is yummy... I would appreciate any feedback from customers who will have eaten the new recipe samosas... Thanks.x
Hi All... Not been able to catch up on here for a while as it has been the wedding season plus holidays abroad... Now back to work and reality!!! Spent some part of today perfecting a Nando's type of marinade for chicken... the chicken is now marinaded and hopefully will be cooking it later...hope I remember to take a photo to upload before I munch into it!!!
It was a pleasure to cater for the Zaheer and Amel's Nikah... Thank you for using Dils Deli and also for inviting me.
