Langholm is known as the famous "Muckle Toon" of the Scottish Borders, A warm and friendly welcome awaits you at the Border House, which boasts 3 well appointed guest bedrooms all en-suite, two double rooms and one ground floor super king double/twin ideal for guests with restricted mobility. The conservatory breakfast room which enjoys a lovely view of the garden and the hills beyond very relaxing way to start your day and enjoy your Scottish breakfast. Private car parking is to the rear and a locked garage for motorbikes and cycles is available, Guests are welcome to use our garden in the summer and smokers are also welcome to use this all year round. All rooms have tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, Flat Screen digital television and Free WiFi access. All of our food is sourced locally. We pride our self in our home cooking, and if you have any dietary requirements we will be happy to cater for you. Langholm has its own theatre The Buccleuch Centre which hosts many excellent events throughout the year. Langholm also has a number of galleries and art studios which host a wealth of talent. For the more adventurous, Langholm is host to the Mucckle Toon Adventure Festival in early summer, or the Pumpkin Run at the end of October. Langholm is also a great place if you just want to chill take a lovely walk, then visit Abbotts amazing chocolate shop to finish off the day or enjoy and excellent dinner at one of our award wining restaurants nearby.
