Running a small business can be very hard when you are working crazy hours to provide for your family. This becomes especially hard when we have last minute cancellations, no shows, and even being continuously late. This happens even more so this time of year. After a lot of thought... Last minute cancellations (after a difficult decision) we will now be charging for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance! We have had to turn many clients down as we've been fully booked and when we get a very last minute cancellation a lot of the time we can't fill that space, we don't get paid when we don't people in our chairs, so we lose out money when we could have had someone fill that space if given more notice. No Shows! The same applies, every once in a while clients don't turn up, everyone loses out in this case. If you fail to turn up for your appointment a deposit will be taken when booking your next appointment with us. When you're late, we then run late. This means we are trying to play catch up for the rest of the day and other clients then have to sit and wait. Please think carefully when booking an appointment, make sure you can make that time, and allow time for problems on the road. We understand unexpected circumstances, but please have consideration. We appreciate our wonderful clients and we hope you all understand this decision. The majority of our clientele are absolutely spot on with their appointments and we really appreciate this.
