This strength and conditioning program helps build many forms of fitness such as Stamina, Cardiovascular Endurance, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Co-ordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy. CrossFit also incorporates Sports based workouts alongside your generic weightlifting and gymnastics with knowledge in metabolic training and nutrition. With new Work outs of the day (WODs) you will never get bored of the same workouts!

Please join us tonight at Westmorland CrossFit for our charity event in aid of Alzheimer’s. Lisa is running on behalf of Alzheimer’s in The Lakeland 5K Trail Race in Cartmel on 17th March and if you correctly guess her race time you can win a giant Easter egg. Plus, raffle prizes galore, energy goody bags, nearly new sports kit at bargain prices and much much more. Why not make a night of it with coffee and cake and watch our athletes compete in the CrossFit Open 18.3 workout!!
