Just completed my first workout of 2017💪🏼 Boy was it a hard one! Just reminded me how delicate your body is! Sad that I can't do a C9 to help me kickstart my metabolism and clean eating because I'm breastfeeding. Instead I'm upping my aloe, ditching the sugar and processed crap.
