#DAYTWENTY of #MADVENT has us feeling all studious with Chris and Bev #elitesquad I’m starting to focus on #calisthenics this week. Read a book and everything 📖 👨🏼🎓 🤣 5 foundation exercises: Squat: ass to grass Press up: chest to floor Pull up: wide grip (chest is meant to meet the bar 😗) Knee raise: terrible form 😬 Tricep dips: starting on the tyre, moving onto the bars Form is king, and until you’ve mastered these core exercises you’re not allowed to progress 🛑 Clearly I have some way to go, and in fairness, it seemed a bit dull, so I threw in some rowing and sprints 🚣♂️ 🏃♂️ I mean, who doesn’t want to row ⁉️ At #teamdunc we like to try different shit, cos you know, I’ve got a short little span of attention, and woe, my nights are so long 🎶 🤣 #youcancallmedunc #illbeyourrolemodelnowthatyourrolemodelshavegone
