Located at Grain seafront, we offer fresh homemade cuisine, using excellent quality produce at a great price. Eat-in in our lovely new cafe or takeaway. The Beach Hut offers fresh homemade cuisine. We use only the very best quality produce (locally sourced wherever possible) at very reasonable prices. We have two very talented bakers who bake the delightful Hut cakes and a hugely experienced Head Chef who is the master behind our fabulous homemade soups, curries, chilli, daily specials and themed events such as the sell-out 'Teas by the Sea' and 'Roasts by the Coast' events.
We have recently moved into our new beautiful and comfortable shabby chic café but have still retained and improved on the popular outside seating area, which is dog friendly.
So, why not pop in for a cuppa (choose from our range of 8 different teas) or a 'proper' coffee and a chat with the lovely Beach Hut Ladies and see for yourself why we have such good reviews.
The Hut is available for private and corporate bookings. Alternatively, our catering team who have 25 years senior catering experience are available for any outside catering event for up to 300 covers. Testimonials are available on request.

What a glorious morning. Our specials today and over the weekend are Homemade Chilli & Rice; Homemade Curly Kale Soup & Warm Baguette; Spicy Meatball & Cheese Melt; BBQ Pulled Pork topped Burger; Warm Caramel Apple Pie with Custard. We also have lots and lots of homemade cakes too including Clotted Cream & Strawberry Fruit Scones and, of course, a stash of Lollies!! The outside seating area has had a spruce up and ideal for relaxing in after your walk of the coastal park. Have a good weekend xx

Good morning, we are open from 09:30 to 15:30 on Good Friday, Saturday and Easter Sunday. Lots of specials on the menu plus our homemade gooey Creme Egg Brownie. Wishing you all a very Happy Easter x
Some of you may have been present when we had our recent food hygiene inspection. It was the usual manic Friday lunch service, with every table/chair taken and a queue from the counter to the door. If you happened to be there - thank you for your patience and here is the result......! For the third time, we have retained our 5 stars. Thank you to the BH Belles & Beaus who keep the food and premises in tip top condition x
Morning everyone, Unfortunately, Kerry (mum) is unwell today with a migraine and so sadly we won’t be opening. I am not sure my little brother is quite up to being chef today. Sorry to disappoint but back to normal tomorrow. Have a lovely day and don’t get blown around too much, Aimee 🌨🍰❤️
