The course navigates the hill's forests and bogs and is hindered by a mixture of manmade and natural obstacles, not to mention the inevitable inclement weather...
It is a hard earned 5+ km of running, crawling, paddling and whatever you need to do to survive the attack and get over the finish line!

The Glack Attack mini-run! A short course packed with awesome obstacles designed for young children. Following its overwhelming popularity last year, we have made some small changes... - Open to 3 - 7 year olds only (8+ year olds can now enter the big course) - Places are limited and you must register online ahead of the event (no places available on the day) - Registration is in five 1 hour slots, from 12noon to 5pm And of course, there will be medals for all mini-runners! Registration opens today at 8pm. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
