The Festival of Running features the iconic Loch Ness Marathon, the River Ness 10K and 5K, the 10K Corporate Challenge and the Wee Nessie – so whatever your running distance, there’s a race for you!

Highlights of race weekend include a pre-race Pasta Party and Sports Expo, Festival on race day with Baxters Food & Drink Fayre, live music, pipes & drums and kids' entertainment at Bught Park.
The Baxters Loch Ness Marathon follows a spectacular point-to-point route through stunning Highland scenery, along the southern shores of Loch Ness, and then crosses the River Ness to finish in Inverness.
The Baxters River Ness 10K follows a flat point-to-point route through the historic Highland capital of Inverness and is renowned for its PB potential.
The popular 5K Fun Run is open to runners of all ages and abilities including wheelchair entrants, following a flat route along the River Ness.
The Wee Nessie is open to kids' aged 5 and under.
