We've had a magical retreat up at Leithen Lodge. The feedback has been outstanding. Even those that were sceptical about eating fully vegetarian meals this weekend have been inspired to include more vegetarian based meals. Inspirational stories have also been shared over dinner with a wonderful group of students. Thank you to all that are involved including the wonderful Zoe Macphail for being our teacher.
