Description
Italian mobile restaurant, bar and catering We are Tigellae, a travelling trattoria from Greater Manchester. We love to make tasty, traditional Italian food for everyone to enjoy.
We have both an amazing food truck (known as The Vanstaurant) and a big gazebo, so whatever the event and whatever the weather, we are ready for it!
We serve a whole variety of original, fresh pasta dishes, beautiful Italian bread, antipasti platters, risotto, canapés and delicious desserts.
We make our dishes from scratch using only the finest ingredients, including making our own fresh pasta, baking the bread and curing the meat ourselves.
