Brian got his new electronic wheelchair just in time for Christmas and so it happened that he went down to the beach for the first time in more than 5 years. It is such a blessing for Brian to have this wheelchair as it provides him with a new freedom to go about for walks and see places he was not able to access anymore. Thank you to Judy Stephens and to everyone for making this possible, as without your generosity Brian would not have been able to afford this wheelchair.

And so we end the second week of Advent, with a wonderful Craft fair and a hall vibrating with the buzz of people chatting, enjoying the lovely atmosphere and admiring the many varieties of handmade crafts that was on each table. We hope you all had a good day and that you found some beautiful gifts for your loved ones. A big thank you to all that made this day so special ❤️

The people in the Craft workshop have been busy making beautiful Christmas crafts for our Advent Craft Fair 😀 Come on Saturday 16th December to Glencraig from 11m to 3pm to get some beautiful ethical and handmade presents for your loved ones 🌲☃️❤️

The Bell Ringers have been around Glencraig again. This time the village was covered in beautiful white snow ❄️ During every Advent Sunday, a group of Bell Ringers gets up very early and goes to every house to wake up the community with the sweet sound of bell music. Some houses make lovely homemade biscuits, punch or coffee for them or leave oranges, chocolate or other treats which keep them going on their 3 hour crawl. Keeping the tradition alive, even the cows get to hear it ☺️ It can be seen as a way of communicating to everyone that Christmas is coming. This time, they filmed playing outside Andrew's House.
